We offer private or semi-private online and in-person lessons. Classes are for all levels and for adults and young adults. We teach General French and Professional French, for academic, work and business purposes, and just for fun!
Online classes happen on Hangout or Google Meet-Gmail or Skype.
In-person classes are in Houston, TX, USA or where the teacher currently is, at the student’s home or at any other study place that would arrange the student better.
For the material, authentic documents will be provided : newspapers articles, recipes, advertisements, movies… coming from a French-speaking country.
The classes are all in French, from your first class you will be given tools to communicate only in French and you will do it naturally. Classes can be from 30 minutes to 2 hours or more if you prefer. You can meet with the teacher once, twice, 3 times a week or more if you need to.
The levels followed are the levels called A1 to C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), from the Council of Europe :
- A1 : Beginner level, about 100 hours
- A2 : Intermediate level, about 250 hours
- B1 : Independent level, about 350 hours
- B2 : Advanced level, about 500 hours
- C1 : Fluent 1 level, about 750 hours
- C2 : Fluent 2 level, about 1000+ hours
